In this gathering, we will understand how we can open the field of the center of power (uterus, pelvis, root), the womb, and the womb of our physical body and our astral body. We will begin by connecting with the medicine of Cacao and express our voices through singing. In this way we can feel how the uterus is connected to the heart through the vibrations of our sound.

We are going to work on all the main energy centers from the voice and the sound to awaken the state of consciousness of our own being.

The bird, the bird that accompanies us in the workshop, is a sound that will awaken each area, like when a little bird hatches. Vibrate to shake your wings, listen to yourself to know who you are, whistle to know where you are, sing to serve your surroundings.

The objective of the workshop is to acquire a tool for daily use as a type of meditation, exercise or ritual for the awakening of each of our bodies. In this way, our inner voice (which has nothing to do with vocal techniques or musical notes) rises and is capable of raising its message to the world.

In this workshop, our goal is for you to learn a very innovative way to cure a pain, an organ, and a problem. Only with the song and your physical body as a vehicle of the inner sound, all the cells are lulled in your self-love.

You will surely want to advance to level 2 of your own singing. Your song is the means by which you connect with the song of mother earth and, by activating it, you connect with all dimensions and frequencies, further expanding your spirit.

To have a sacred space full of magic, we are going to use the spirit of the plants as a means to protect, empower, and neutralize our field.

We are going to know the use of basil within rituals and ceremonies. In addition to her medicinal benefits, she is also a spiritual teacher. That is why in this workshop we are going to share how to make use of it energetically.

Please bring a cup of Cacao and 1 bunch of basil (70-100g). This could be store-bought, home grown, etc.

I’m Sol and I’m so happy you are here. I support people to reconnect to their source, their light, and unique purpose through my hands, voice, and connection with the divine, the spirits of the plants, the beauty of love of each soul. I do this through guiding ritual baths and ancestral cleansings both in person in Ecuador and online, through opening the Akashic Records, and through my voice as a vibrational channel to heal. I am here to share my joy with those around me and infuse all of my sessions with laughter and love.

My Path

I’ve been in a relationship with plants and traditional healing modalities for my whole life. My parents raised our family in the countryside outside of Quito, where we lived side by side with wise women carrying ancestral knowledge. The cleaning of the fields, the plants, and medicinal baths have been a part of my life since birth.

Throughout my childhood, I accompanied my mom in her naturopathic work in different communities around the country where I was able to observe and nourish myself with all the knowledge that they provided.

From the Amazon to the Andes

For the last 10 years, I’ve continued my travels and personal journey of self healing and self awakening here in my home country of Ecuador as a mother with my kids. With the support of Taitas and wise women from the Siona and Cofan Nationalities in the Ecuadorian Amazon, I was able to heal my uterus, bladder, heart and awaken my consciousness. The Amazonian ritual baths, the use of basil, nettle and other plants transmitted a knowledge that nurtured my soul and helped me to understand the sweetness and love of sacred plants.

My path brought me to the Andes, to Taita Apu Imbabura, the sacred mountain where I began my journey with medicinal sessions and ancestral ritual baths. I honor my teacher Mamita Rosa and her son from the community of Ilumán for training me in how to work with the sacred waters and the Andean medicinal baths. The Andean worldview is a fundamental pillar in my life and I stay in close connection with the Andean communities who provide the plants and wild flowers for my session.

I complement the baths and herbal session with energetic channeling of the Akashic Records, an incredibly powerful way to converse with the story of your soul.

I’ve been a singer since birth and use this gift to heal. I incorporate medicine songs and vibrational frequencies in all of my sessions.
