Do you dream of using your outer voice to navigate your inner voice

Embark on a 4 week journey to explore and understand how we can use our outer voice to navigate our inner voice.  Uncover your truths around your voice while learning vocal technique and song construction.  This container is designed to give you the tools and build your confidence to express your most authentic message.

While having a basic understanding of an instrument is helpful, there is no prior musical experience required for this course.  There will be something here for all levels of experience, including beginners and experienced singers/songwriters.

In 4 weeks, you will uncover truths around your voice while learning vocal technique and song construction to support you in building confidence to express your most authentic message.

Course Structure

  • Week 1

    Cacao Opening - Introduction

    Cacao is a powerful ally to soften self judgment and allows us to tune into our soul's deepest desires. This first session will focus on the importance of understanding your starting point so we can create a road map from the heart to the voice.

    Identifying goals and blocks.

    Space for discussion on what is coming up for us around our relationships with our voice/stories we tell ourselves

  • Week 2

    Vocal Anatomy & Health

    Learn safe techniques, warm ups, and vocal maintenance to support the longevity of your voice. The methods taught will be applicable to both singing and speaking.

    Lecture will be a deep dive into the mechanics of the voice.

    Understanding the anatomy so we can build awareness of how to use this powerful instrument. Topics covered will include: posture, diet, warm ups, how to care for your instrument, Anatomy and singing techniques.

  • Week 3

    Confidence & Alchemy

    Build confidence by refining speech and utilize active listening to make space for the divine to flow to you.

    Lecture topic will discuss ways to create an environment for you to receive the transmissions for your expression. The importance of intention with music creation: manifesting vs alchemizing

  • Week 4

    Song Writing Construction

    Gain an understanding of formulas and song writing methods to turn your ideas into music.

    We will take a popular song and break it down/analyse it together. Piece by piece to gain an understanding of how to tell a story and organize words to create music.

    Lastly, we will discuss normalizing the cycles that all artists experience with creativity and how to flow gracefully between waves of inspiration, feeling stuck, and practices to assist you through those challenging moments

Lexi Salazar is an Indigenous/Latina high vibe pop artist and ceremonialist, here to make the world a more beautiful place using her voice.  From a young age, she has been able to cultivate a deep relationship with her own heart through music and lives a mission to show others how to do the same.  With over 2M streams across platforms, Lexi has over a decade of published song writing experience and over 2 decades of professional vocal training.

Lexi releases high vibe, pop music under the name Zaagi’ which means ‘to love’ and is a sound practitioner, weaving ceremony songs into Cacao circles and sound journeys.  She offers a unique blend of teachings, derived from a mix of contemporary and ancestral musical experience.
