Join us for a 21 Day Hybrid Experience

For this special Hybrid exchange, you will gather in person on Sundays starting March 23rd in Weehawken, NJ for weekly lessons and then virtually for the weekly yoga sessions on Fridays. You will also have access to recorded lessons created for the Virtual only sessions.

We are excited to be welcoming in the spring season with this thoughtful and nourishing experience that will serve as a guide, a blessing, a love letter to self + spirit, equipping you with the necessary tools to connect deeper to your essence and the natural rhythms. Each week we will focus on a special topic of Building Rituals for a more Blissful Life.

Meet Your Guide

Florencia Fridman

Among being a mediating voice for indigenous communities and the founder of Florecer and Cacao Laboratory, Florencia is a heart-centered visionary, teacher, and medicine for her community. She leads Cacao circles and ceremonies, educational offerings, and workshops. Through her songs and personal sharings, she brings us back into the sanctuary of the heart. It is her mission to create a global community of earth guardians and wellness advocates who embody a deep love and reverence for all beings.
