  • In this Sesssion we will learn about cyclical living and gain awareness of cycles.

    Expect to be informed by the lunar calendar or seasonally each quarter

    Discover the rhythms and cadence to energy cycling systems

    Learn that good design = useful storage. We can direct energy between the energy coming in, the energy generated inside, and the energy leaving.

    Understand the energy trinity (circulating, stagnating, integrating)

  • In this Session, we will dive deep into the topic of weeding & neurofeedback

    We will learn that the seeds we plant aren’t always what’s growing (what else are we planting with that seed?)

    Lastly we will be upgrading resilience & downgrading compensatory mechanisms

  • In this Session, we will acknowledge what’s working & focus on expanding that

    We will discover making necessary changes (the solution is in the problem)

    Learn primordial perception and clearing the lens through which we see our world so we can be solution-oriented and aligned with nature.

    We will learn about elemental correspondences

  • In this final Session, we will discover the importance of aeration of soil and how it translates to oxygenation of our bloodstream for neuroplasticity

    We will learn about fasting with the lunar cycle to clarify desires and strengthen will-force

    Finally, we will be employing pattern recognition & inviting newness where necessary

About Emily

Emily Sause is a writer, experiential educator, group facilitator and vocal artist born of Danish, Puerto Rican and Irish descent. Focusing on the intersection of community resilience, regenerative land stewardship and bioacoustics, Sause is inspired by the voice and its role to catalyze harmony. Through sound facilitation, writing and vocal work, she seeks to bridge the personal practice into the unseen architecture of our communities and ecosystems. Sause is currently residing in the Hudson Valley, tending land with an approach informed by first nations traditions, biodynamic farming and permaculture principles. Devoted to the ongoing exploration of one's role within their ecosystems, Sause shares her findings from communing with the land as an offering to the collective.
