Join Florencia a beautiful afternoon combining Cacao and sacred sound.

🗓️ Saturday April 19th
⏰ 4 - 6pm
đź“Ť La Botanica Hotel,
1808 McLeary Ave, San Juan, Puerto Rico

Cacao has been used by indigenous communities and ancient traditions in ritual and ceremony for thousands of years. During this evening together we will be combining traditional practices of cacao, and sound meditation to deepen our relationship with ourselves and each other.

We will begin the afternoon by connecting with the sacred plant medicine of Cacao. As we drink this heart-opening elixir, we will explore its rich history, cultural traditions, and ancestral wisdom. Together, we’ll learn about Cacao’s physical benefits and how this powerful plant ally can support us during this time. Drawing from the teachings of Mayan traditions and Amazonian communities, we will create space for reflection, sharing, and connection. We’ll close our time together with a sound journey to help integrate the experience and anchor the insights received.
