We invite you to remember the sacred dance of embodying and tuning into the frequency of nature to activate the balance within. In these times where so much in modern society brings us outside of ourselves and feel divided or left feeling a void, nature’s guidance reminds us how we can harmonize ourselves to return to homeostasis.
Join a community of kindred spirits in connecting with nature for a day of adventure, ceremony, and healing vibrations. Over the course of this daylong immersive experience, we will embark on a group hike through the forest, participate in a cacao ceremony, a sweet word circle, and sacred song activation in the heart of the forest.
Florencia Fridman
Florencia Fridman is a self-empowerment artist working globally with heart opening therapies involving Ceremonial Grade Cacao, yoga, sound journeys, and breath as instruments for transformation. Florencia is passionate about supporting the voices of indigenous nations, wisdom keepers, and guardians of the sacred lands. She works with the Mayan tradition from Guatemala and the the Sapara Nation of Ecuador.
She shares her passion for Theobroma Cacao through education and ceremony globally. Florencia has opened for Deepak Chopra, has facilitated ceremonies for the corporate world at Spotify, and has been a guest to teach at NYU.
Florencia is the co-Founder of Cacao Laboratory, a Ceremonial Cacao brand aiming to bring awareness of a regenerative world through the voice of Cacao. She is also the founder of Florecer Community, bridging modern and ancient wisdom to create a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
Nick Lasky
Nick Lasky is a metaphysical teacher and guide specializing in astrology, tarot divination, meditation, and sacred ceremonies. Nick is the founder of the Society of Awakening Souls and co-founder of the Cacao Men’s Circle. Nick is a practitioner of the shamanic arts and has led hundreds of shamanic journeys and loves to weave together divinatory tools, vibration, cacao, and meditation to assist others in directly accessing Spirit.

1:30pm Cacao Ceremony + blessing
3:00pm Hike + activations
4:30pm Sweet word circle + Song share
6:00pm Closing of space + heading back to Kingston
